Join Targeting Cancer team at 2016 City2Surf

We invite you to join in the fun and excitement of the 2016 City2Surf by joining our team and showing support for people affected by cancer. At the same time, you will be helping to raise awareness of radiation therapy and the targeting Cancer campaign to help us continue our important work. It’s an easy and fun way to get involved and support the campaign and it’s guaranteed to be exciting and a very rewarding experience.

Did you know?

1 in 2 cancer patients would benefit from radiation therapy at some time during their cancer experience. However, less than 1 in 3 patients in Australia and New Zealand will actually receive radiation therapy.

The Targeting Cancer Campaign aims to increase awareness of radiation therapy as an effective, safe and sophisticated treatment for cancer. It is designed to reach people with cancer, their families and loved ones to improve their knowledge and access to this (sometimes overlooked) treatment.
