The Targeting Cancer Management Committee (TCMC) is a passionate team of radiation oncologists and consumer representatives from across Australia and New Zealand.
The TCMC plays a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing initiatives to raise awareness, improve access, and advocate for advancements in radiation therapy for cancer patients.

Dr Morris has a clinical interest in the management of breast, lung, and haematological malignancies.
Dr Morris completed her medical training at The University of Western Australia in 2008 and subsequently undertook her specialist radiation oncology training at Westmead Hospital.
Dr Morris works as a consultant radiation oncologist at St George & The Sutherland Hospital. She is a member of lung and breast cancer multidisciplinary teams and is Chair of the Lymphoma Multidisciplinary Team.
Dr Morris is passionate about clinical research in geriatric oncology, in particular optimising the care of older adults with cancer. Dr Morris’ research has been widely published nationally and internationally.
Dr Morris is actively engaged in education and advocacy within global radiation oncology, and is an elected RANZCR FRO Council Member.
Dr Tuan Ha is a consultant Radiation Oncologist and Chair of Clinical Management Committee – GenesisCare Queensland. Tuan is a senior lecturer, mentor and examiner for the University of Queensland – School of Medicine as well as the Royal Australian College of Radiologists. He is also involved in the development of radiation treatment protocols with EVIQ. Tuan treats all malignancies and has specific interest in the treatment of breast, skin, lung, genitourinary and brain cancers.
Rosanna Martinello is the consumer representative on the Faculty of Radiation Oncology Council. She brings direct cancer consumer experience as a survivor, carer and advocate. She has served on the COAG National Cancer Expert Reference Group, Cancer Council Australia Board, an Area Health Service Board and various other federal and state cancer advisory bodies. Her strong interest is in closing the cancer gap for disadvantaged groups. Rosanna also brings extensive business experience and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Trainee Representative
Dr Kevin Armstrong is currently a third-year radiation oncology trainee in Victoria. He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his internship in Dublin before working as an RMO in Perth. He has worked as a radiation oncology registrar in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Peter MacCallum and Austin Health.
Dr Vincent Pow is currently the Head of Unit of Radiation Oncology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital & Lyell McEwin Hospital and an experienced Radiation Oncologist at Icon Cancer Centre Noarlunga, Tennyson and Windsor Gardens in South Australia. He is passionate about providing his patients with the best possible care and bring a high-quality, evidence-based approach using advanced techniques and technologies to my practice. He prides himself in building strong relationships with his patients by engaging in clear, open communication and listening to their concerns. Vincent is also the Chair of the Radiation Oncology Quality & Safety Committee at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and maintain a strong interest in advanced radiation techniques, clinical research and optimal service delivery.
Dr Michelle Li is a Radiation Oncologist at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre specialising in paediatrics, adolescents and young adults, late effects and CNS. She completed a clinical fellowship in proton therapy at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, UK. She was awarded the RANZCR Thomas Baker Fellowship in 2021 and the Particle Therapy Co-operative Group Travel Fellowship in 2022. During her specialist training, she also attained a Master of Public Health, and was a subject tutor for ‘Cancer Prevention and Control’ for the Masters of Cancer Science at The University of Melbourne.
Michelle is interested in innovative technologies to improve patient outcomes, and passionate about increasing the awareness about the role of radiation therapy.
Dr Scott Babington is a consultant Radiation Oncologist at Canterbury Regional Cancer and Haematology Service, specialising in Urological, Lung, and Breast malignancies. Scott served on the Trans-Tasman Radiation Oncology Group (TROG) board and scientific committee from 2004 to 2008 and continues to be an active in clinical research.
Dr Hendrick Tan completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Western Australia (UWA) and began his medical career at Royal Perth Hospital. He then went on to specialist training in radiation oncology at Sir Charles Gairdner and Fiona Stanley hospitals. Following this, Hendrick undertook a clinical research fellowship at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre in Canada in the field of neuro-oncology, thoracic oncology, stereotactic ablative radiation therapy (SABR) and MRI-linac technology. Here, he published numerous works and presented at international meetings. A keen researcher, Hendrick has a strong desire to pursue research activities in new treatment and imaging technologies to improve patient outcomes. Hendrick is closely involved in teaching and education. He is a Radiation Oncology Phase 1 college examiner and a clinical oncology lecturer for UWA. He was also awarded the prestigious “Excellence in Clinical Teaching Award by a Clinical Fellow” from the University of Toronto through his involvement in teaching.
