Victoria’s top champions of health promotion have been recognised for their hard work in creating and supporting healthier communities at the 2015 VicHealth’s awards night.

Congratulations to Dr Bronwyn King, one of our radiation oncologists in Melbourne, whose Tobacco Free Portfolios won the 2015 VicHealth award for ‘Preventing tobacco use’.

Tobacco Free Portfolios aim to reduce and eliminate tobacco investment from the Australian finance industry. The initiative has led to the divestment of tobacco stocks worth $1.5 billion.
