Research to Improve Targeted Cancer Radiotherapy

The radiation therapy research team at Ingham Institute developed a technology called MRI-Linac to improve the accuracy and precision of radiation therapy treatment for cancer. The research is in its early days and the clinical applications of the new treatment are 5-10 years away.
